At AppsKuber, we respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you play Idle Tycoon Rush ("the Game"), how it is used, and what choices you have. We are committed to transparency and keeping things simple.

A. Information You Provide Directly (Limited) By default, you can play as a guest without providing your name, email, or phone number. If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive: • A unique user ID from Google/Firebase • Your Google account email and (optionally) display name & profile photo This information is only used to: • Save & sync your game progress across devices • Identify your account in the game (leaderboards / cloud saves) We do not use your email for marketing, newsletters, or sell it to third parties. B. Information Collected Automatically by Third-Party Services To operate the Game, display advertisements, and improve stability, the following technical information may be collected automatically by our third-party partners: • Device information (model, OS version, screen size, language) • Anonymous identifiers (such as advertising ID / GAID) • IP address and approximate geographic location (country/region) • Crash logs, diagnostics, and basic usage data • Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks) This data is used solely to operate the Game, serve and measure advertisements, prevent abuse, and improve app stability.

Local Storage (Default): • Your game progress is saved locally on your device. • If you uninstall the Game or clear app data, local progress may be permanently lost. Cloud Sync (Optional – Google Sign-In): • If you sign in with Google, your progress is securely stored on Firebase (Google Cloud). • This allows you to restore and sync progress across multiple devices. • Your Google account information is handled through Google's secure sign-in system. • We do not share your Google account email or ID with any third party beyond Firebase. You can always play as a guest if you prefer everything to remain on your device only.

Our Game displays advertisements to keep it free to play. Ads are served through Google AdMob and its mediation partners. These services may collect and process certain data to deliver, personalize, and measure advertisements. Our Advertising Partners:

• All purchases are processed and handled by the Google Play Store (and/or Apple App Store if applicable). • We do not see, store, or have access to your credit card, bank account, or payment details. • Billing inquiries, disputes, or refund requests are managed according to the respective app store's policies. We may store non-personal transaction information such as: • Which items you purchased (e.g., gem packs, VIP subscription, ad removal) • Purchase dates and transaction identifiers This data is used solely to unlock the corresponding features in the Game for your account.

• Idle Tycoon Rush is designed for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children under 13. • We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or under the applicable age in your jurisdiction). • If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us immediately at help@appskuber.com and we will take steps to delete such data. Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise game usage and manage in-app purchase and ad settings via device parental controls.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: • All Firebase data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. • Access to backend systems is restricted and monitored. • We follow industry-standard security practices. • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. While no system can guarantee absolute security, we are committed to protecting your information to the best of our ability.

We use the following Firebase services to maintain and improve the Game: • Firebase Crashlytics: Collects crash reports and diagnostic data (device model, OS version, stack traces) to identify and fix bugs. • Firebase Analytics: Collects anonymous usage data (screen views, feature usage, session duration) to understand how players interact with the Game and improve the experience. This data is aggregated and anonymized. It is not used for advertising purposes and is not shared with third parties beyond Google's Firebase platform.

Your Choices: • Play as a guest to avoid cloud data storage entirely. • Disable personalized ads in your device's Google Ads settings. • Reset your advertising ID to clear ad tracking data. Request Account & Data Deletion: • Online: Visit our Account & Data Deletion page to request deletion of your account and all associated game data (cloud saves, leaderboard entries, in-game progress). • Email: Contact us at help@appskuber.com to request deletion (we may ask for proof of account ownership). Deletion Processing: Requests are typically processed within 7–14 business days. You will receive confirmation by email once completed. Please note that some anonymized or aggregated data (such as crash reports) may be retained for analytical purposes and cannot be attributed back to you.

Your data may be processed and stored in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States, where our third-party service providers (such as Google and Firebase) operate data centers. These transfers are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where required.
