Idle Tycoon Rush - Terms & Conditions

By downloading, installing, or using Idle Tycoon Rush ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AppsKuber ("we," "us," or "our").

Idle Tycoon Rush is a free-to-play mobile idle/tycoon simulation game where players: • Build and manage virtual businesses • Accumulate virtual currency (cash and gems) • Upgrade properties and hire virtual staff • Complete missions and achievements • Compete on global leaderboards All currency, items, and progress within the Game are virtual and have no real-world monetary value.

ACCOUNT CREATION: • You may play as a guest or sign in with Google • If you sign in, your game progress syncs across devices • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS: • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account • One account per person is permitted • You may not share, sell, or transfer your account ACCOUNT TERMINATION: • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms • You may delete your account at any time through the Game settings

VIRTUAL CURRENCY: • The Game includes virtual currencies: Cash and Gems • Virtual currency can be earned through gameplay or purchased • Virtual currency has no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money • Virtual currency is non-refundable and non-transferable IN-APP PURCHASES: • The Game offers optional in-app purchases • All purchases are processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store • Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law • Prices are subject to change without notice • You must have payment authorization to make purchases REFUNDS: • Some refunds may be handled directly by the Google Play Store according to their policies • Where applicable, we will follow Google Play's refund rules • Virtual currency and items are generally non-refundable once used VIP MEMBERSHIP (ONE-TIME PURCHASE, NO SUBSCRIPTION): • VIP membership is a one-time in-app purchase, NOT a subscription • We do not charge any automatic monthly, yearly, or recurring auto-debit from your credit card or payment method • Each purchase only happens when you manually press the buy/purchase button inside the Game via Google Play • VIP benefits (such as ad-free experience, extra bonuses, boosts, etc.) are clearly displayed in the Game and may change over time • VIP status does not guarantee any specific result or progress • All in-app purchases are final and generally non-refundable except as required by law • In some cases, refunds may be handled directly according to Google Play's refund policies

FREE USERS: • The Game displays advertisements to support free gameplay • You may watch optional rewarded ads for in-game bonuses • We use Google AdMob for ad delivery AD-FREE EXPERIENCE: • VIP members enjoy an ad-free experience • Removing ads does not affect gameplay mechanics

You agree NOT to: • Use cheats, exploits, automation, bots, or hacks • Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the Game • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage • Harass, threaten, or harm other players • Use offensive or inappropriate content in business names • Create multiple accounts to gain advantages • Sell, trade, or transfer in-game items for real money • Impersonate others or provide false information • Violate any applicable laws or regulations CONSEQUENCES: Violation of these rules may result in: • Warning or temporary suspension • Permanent account termination • Loss of all virtual items and progress • Legal action in severe cases

FAIR PLAY: • Leaderboards display player rankings based on game progress • We reserve the right to remove players who cheat or exploit • Rankings are for entertainment purposes only DISPLAY NAME: • Your display name may be visible to other players • Offensive names may be changed or result in account action

We reserve the right to: • Update, modify, or discontinue the Game at any time • Change game mechanics, virtual item values, or features • Reset game progress in exceptional circumstances • Add, remove, or modify in-app purchases We will try to provide notice of significant changes when possible. DATA / PROGRESS LOSS: • If the Game is discontinued or your account is terminated in accordance with these Terms, you may lose access to your progress, virtual currency, and items • No refunds will be provided for lost progress or virtual items in such cases • We recommend using cloud save (Google Sign-In) to protect your progress

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT: • The Game requires an internet connection for some features • We are not responsible for connectivity issues • Device compatibility may vary • Performance depends on your device specifications • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

OWNERSHIP: • All content in the Game is owned by AppsKuber • This includes graphics, sounds, text, and code • You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to play RESTRICTIONS: • You may not copy, distribute, or modify Game content • You may not use Game assets for commercial purposes • All trademarks and logos are our property

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING: • Fitness for a particular purpose • Accuracy of game content • Uninterrupted availability • Freedom from errors or bugs WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR: • Lost game progress or virtual items • Device damage or data loss • Indirect or consequential damages • Third-party actions or content

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages • Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so these may not apply to you

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through: 1. Good faith negotiation 2. Mediation 3. Binding arbitration in India Class action lawsuits are waived to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms at any time: • Changes are effective upon posting in the Game • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance • We will notify users of significant changes • Your sole remedy if you disagree is to stop using the Game

The Game may link to third-party services: • Google Play Services (for sign-in and achievements) • Google AdMob (for advertisements) • Firebase (for cloud storage) These services have their own terms and privacy policies which you should review.
